Post-Covid Solid Bash
Covid 19 has been an absolute nightmare for the entire nation and world which created a lot of new and unforeseen hurdles both in our personal and professional lives resulting in a huge impact on the work culture. Physical workspaces were not accessible and employees had to adjust to the new ways of work.
Solid Tech has always stood different from every other organization in all spheres. For the mental well-being of the employees and to enable them to perform effectively at their jobs, our management team left no stone unturned. The team was fortunate enough and will be grateful to EMT for arranging a fun trip to Lohana Resort, Rajasthan; the best part being that it was a family trip with the extended Solid Family. Two entire days spent in fun, frolic and enjoyment without any business or management talks. Everyone along with their family members engaged themselves in various fun activities and games, sang karaoke, danced their hearts out to the beats of Bollywood numbers and yes, the best thing worth mentioning was the sumptuous meals.
This event was a power booster for the Solid Family which nurtured high levels of trust and psychological security among employees giving them hopes to survive and succeed in difficult times.
