Educational background and Experiences: 

Carrying a rich legacy of IIM Ahmedabad, Deven amassed a wealth of expertise with almost eleven years of corporate experience in national organizations like CMS Computers, PCS Technology, etc. In the year 2004, Deven joined HP and continued to work there until 2007.  

After 2007, along with the co-founders of Tech India, Deven started his entrepreneurship journey and in 2010, Gujarat-based Tech India amalgamated with UK-based firm Solid Systems Global to set up the legal entity Solid Tech India Computers Services Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With his extensive technical as well as business background, Deven led multiple teams in Solid as Sales Director. Today he is the proud CEO at Solid Tech.  

 

Awards and Accolades: 

Deven has been an excellent salesperson in every organization he has worked with thus winning the “Best Salesman“ award throughout his professional track record. He has exhibited versatility in all aspects which have been his sole motivation to commence his entrepreneurial journey. 

Personally, Deven is a marathon runner and firmly believes that a fruitful journey requires consistency, dedication, and perseverance.   

 

Vision and Mission:  

As the CEO, Deven has a strong vision to work as a B2B organization as a whole to solidify the business relationship with customers and provide them with a premium experience. He also aspires to set up a corporate world that gives the employees a feeling that they are heard and understood and ensures every individual is able to maintain a smooth personal and professional work-life balance. Deven looks forward to creating more leaders than followers in young professionals since they represent the future. In other words, Deven is a role model and a true visionary leader every employee surely looks up to at Solid Tech.  

While action and strategy are always in sync, Deven being a marathon runner believes in building strategies and taking action on those strategies to assure maximum support to teammates thus making our work office a better place to work in every day.
